USCIS DIRECTOR MEETING
H4 Employment VISA – Purpose: Allow employment by the spouse of a worker with H1B VISA, effective May 26, 2015. To address the inability of spouse to work which can present an economic hardship to the H1B VISA worker.
Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) is currently under injunction by the federal court, with the executive branch appealing the injunction. As such, the USCIS cannot comment on the matter at this time.
